Please excuse the long absence of communication due to the disturbance caused by the letter sent from Canada usurping my identity. The sending of false missives has always been a brake on the continuation of our exchanges with your brothers on OYAGAA, and they provoke heated debates among you based on capricious indications, sometimes unworthy or slanderous. The new head of our deployment on OYAGAA, who arrived on your planet on 18 September 2004, does not authorize us, for the moment, to resume our exchanges with you. Having to return to OUMMO myself, I am passing on to my brothers who live in France the letters we had drafted several months ago.

ERRATA
There is an error of conversion into your metric system of units of distance in the content of the informative report giving geographical and demographic indications concerning our OUMMO. I am embarrassed by this blunder, which comes from a faulty transposition on my part from our duodecimal number system to the decimal system.
You must correct the value wrongly given, 2100 x 1400 kilometres, to the value 2100×12³ x 1400×12³ metres. This value corresponds to the rounded approximation of the exact value of 420 x 276 KOAEE, that is, approximately 3660 x 2400 x 10⁶ square metres. Your brothers rightly detected this error by cross-checking the information given with the estimable value of the area of our sea AOUWOA SAAOA, provided in the mailings previously made by my brothers. This area is approximately 3640 KOAEE - 276000 x 10⁶ m².
The other indications concerning measurements of area in km² (10⁶ m²) prove to be correct.

CLARIFICATIONS ON OUR DEMOGRAPHY:
I want to complete my answer to your question concerning our demography. Initially I omitted to mention the information concerning the stillbirth rate, a term whose definition appears ambiguous in your various literatures. For lack of data available in our information cubes on Earth, I cannot give you the number of foetuses that die before and after the 22nd and 28th week of amenorrhoea or according to their mass at the moment the pregnancy ends. A conversion would also be necessary to establish the equivalence between the compared developments of a foetus on OUMMO and on Earth, although to a first approximation they can be treated as the same. However, it so happens that the information concerning the foetal mortality rate is indispensable for the correct interpretation of my previous report.
Our demography does in fact count, unlike yours, the foetal population in utero. I must therefore specify that the overall mortality rate - the annual rate given of 13,7 ‰ - includes as a component the very high rate of intrauterine foetal mortality. Post-neonatal mortality is also a not negligible component. It is due almost entirely to a faulty neurocranial adaptation caused by early craniosynostosis during the phase of secondary altriciality. The cerebral compression, oedemas, ischaemic accidents and cortical necrosis resulting from it entail a high mortality during the first ten XEE, with a very marked predominance of young males - 79,1 % of cases. This mortality, now brought under control, would be much higher if we did not apply drastic orthocranial measures, which currently allow us to keep the total number of our young at around 59,32 million individuals in each age group of twelve XEE from twelve XEE onwards (about two years and six months). This number would rise to 59,84 million individuals without this cause of mortality. The long period of ossification of the fontanelles in your infants is a great advantage for your future evolution.
Please consider the following ideal demographic figures:
7,465 million conceptions are currently authorized and observed on average each XEE. Conception is confirmed by the domestic computer when the phase of implantation of the ovum in the uterine mucosa has ended, after 4000 OUIW - 6,7 OUMMO days, 8,6 Earth days. The pregnancy is then announced to the couple and officially recorded in our demographic statistics, but not by name. The pregnancy will then continue for 3,6 XEE. The foetal stage is reached on OUMMO 0,6 XEE after conception - 36 OUMMO days, 46 Earth days. The sex of the future child is revealed to the parents. Its identity and parentage are then officially entered in the data cubes that record our population by name.
4,987 million infants are born on average each XEE, which implies an overall mortality in utero of 33,2 %. Childbirth, less painful for us than for Earth women, is induced on the 216th OUMMO day (278th Earth day) if delivery has not occurred spontaneously before then. The infant's mass at birth generally exceeds 4 kilograms.
4,943 million of these infants survive beyond 10 XEE, a stage beyond which accidental mortality is almost nil.

ANNEX: CLARIFICATIONS CONCERNING TELEPATHIC COMMUNICATION AND SPACE TRAVEL
The mention of a delay in reception when there is a telepathic exchange between individuals located on two different cold stars seems suspicious to you. The indication given of the cause of this delay - interference due to the presence of imaginary matter in the OUWAAM - must not lead you to conclude that this imaginary matter interferes with the telepathic flow so as to distort or slow it. You must understand that two distant points of the WAAM are subject to the incessant undulations of the space-time fabric induced by the imaginary matter located in the contiguous WAAM - mainly the OUWAAM - and that they could only fortuitously be found on the same temporal ordinate. Just as they are separated by three-dimensional distances, they are separated by a temporal distance. So it is illusory to speak of instantaneity between the now (maintenant) M_T on Earth and the now M_O on OUMMO.
Graphically, if we had a coherent link joining Earth and OUMMO, such as a beam of waves, and supposing that information could travel along this link without limitation of linear speed (dx / dt = ∞), the transit of this information in the three-dimensional framework would necessarily follow a path homotopic to the direct isochrone of the associated space-time framework. This isochrone, always shorter than the apparent three-dimensional distance (cf. note 1), will then coincide with the isodynamic line joining the minimum entropic potentials along the real path. The transmission of the information would take, in this fictitious case, a non-zero translation time exactly equal, in negative value, to the temporal difference between the respective ordinates of the emitter and the receiver at the moment the signal is emitted. In this precise fictitious case, this would amount to receiving the information before it had been emitted.
In the real physical framework, information propagates along the minimal space-time undulation existing between Earth and OUMMO, at a speed that depends on the entropy flow, globally constant for the whole WAAM. Without the influence of the imaginary matter of the contiguous WAAM, the path followed would depend entirely on the topology of the WAAM, and the temporal difference would then be due solely to the local curvature along this path. However, the propagation of the information is also subject to the vagaries of the undulations of the WAAM, which induce an additional temporal difference - positive or negative - between the emission and the reception of the information. Thus, according to the isodynamic conditions, which we know with reasonable precision, we were able to estimate an additional temporal deviation, at most three minutes, between the temporal ordinates of our two planets at the moment our people entered the fourth age of OUMMO. Unlike the temporal difference due to the spatial curvature of the WAAM, which we can calculate precisely, this additional difference can only be estimated and not measured exactly.

In the case of a telepathic message between two OEMMII located at a very great distance from each other (cf. note 2), the telepathic link can be likened to a communication using as a coherent link the WAAM BOUAWEII BIAEII, within which the transit time of the information is zero. No temporal difference is perceived, however, at the moment of the telepathic communication, which seems instantaneous to both emitters: the WAAM BOUAWEII BIAEII, detached from any notion of time, ensures only the sequential sending of the information. Nevertheless there is, in absolute terms, a delay at the level of the perception of the information by the passive speaker - the receiver - so that this apparent synchronism can be ensured without violating the principles of causality on which the WAAM-WAAM is founded. Thus, from the point of view of a virtual external observer in the WAAM with a temporal frame of reference of his own, the dialogue might seem closed for the emitter who began the communication while his correspondent had not yet begun the dialogue. I realize that it is difficult for you to accept such a phenomenology. See in it, however, only an explanation that agrees with our own theories and not the exact reflection of a reality that escapes us.

Note 1: You yourselves observe, without yet being able to explain it, this phenomenon of ordinal temporal difference between the respective positions of your planet Earth and of space probes located at a great distance. There is no slowing of their trajectory, nor any effective variation in the speed of the waves emitted by these probes along their path towards Earth. This is caused by the temporal difference of distant objects, due solely to the hyperbolic topology of the WAAM. The "now" of these distant objects is located more than a second ahead of yours. The measurement of the speed of the probes, based on the analysis of the signals received, seems to indicate a slowing of the motion and a position of the probes closer than the theoretical predictions based on motion subject only to the laws of Newtonian mechanics in a Euclidean space. The three-dimensional path travelled by the signal is strictly equal to the path predicted by your classical theory, at the expected signal speed, but with a temporal difference depending on the local - negative - curvature of space-time, which reduces the effective distances between distant objects. You can already now estimate this curvature locally using the data from your distant Pioneer probes, which show a temporal difference of 1,23 ± 0,20 seconds along a path equivalent to 10¹³ metres. The space-time path actually travelled by the signal is in fact the direct isochronous hyperbolic segment that subtends the three-dimensional path, and it is systematically shorter than the apparent three-dimensional path.

Note 2: telepathic communication is impossible between two OEMMII located in two different WAAM that have different temporal frameworks, because they then become temporally unlocatable with respect to each other. It remains possible between two OEMMII travelling together in the same WAAM. When we travel in our spacecraft in another dimensional framework, the telepathic link with OUMMO remains possible if we do not change the temporal frame of reference, the angular modification of the subparticles - OAWOOLEIIDAA - then being carried out axially to the time dimension by an equivalent transformation of the orientation of three spatial components and of three components associated with mass.

)+( To answer your questions explicitly, we do not alter the temporal frame of reference of our ships in order to travel according to the isodynamic conditions specific to this WAAM and measured for it. We sometimes project ourselves temporarily into the OUWAAM by inverting, through a rotation of π radians, all the dimensional angles of the subparticles. We travel through it locally to shorten the duration of our journeys when the isodynamic conditions of the WAAM are unfavourable. All link with OUMMO is then broken. For the other WAAM into which we know how to project ourselves by inverting six angles axially to another fixed dimension, we confine ourselves to cataloguing there the different concentrations of mass accessible to our recorders, and we try to pick up there signals emitted by other forms of intelligence. We can enter them bodily to contemplate the immeasurable beauty of WOA's creation, but most of the time we send automatic exploration vehicles there.
